    I’m beyond excited to share that I’m releasing a poetry book called Contrited! 🎉 This book is a collection of raw, heartfelt, and faith-filled words, a journey through brokenness, surrender, and redemption. It holds prayers, reflections, and poetry that speak to the beauty of a contrite heart before God. I pray that every page speaks to you, meets you where you are, and reminds you that God is near to the brokenhearted.     Hey guys!!! 
    My name Darlyn and I’m Liberian and Sierra Leonean. I am a writer and a firm believer that laughter, good food, and deep conversations can heal almost anything. My life has been a journey of faith, learning, finding beauty in both the highs and the lows. I write because stories matter. Because reflection brings clarity. Because words have a way of holding moments still, letting us breathe them in before they slip away. I love my community deeply. They make life full. They remind me that we aren’t meant to do this alone. This space is a collection of thoughts, prayers, lessons, and the ever-unfolding story of my walk with Jesus. Some days, it’s lighthearted. Other days, it’s raw and unfiltered. But always, it’s real. Oh, and if you hear me say “ok” a little too much, just know it’s my favorite thing to say (even if my friends hate it). Welcome to The Darchives—let’s grow together. 💛

    Writing is powerful. It holds stories, emotions, prayers, and moments we don’t always know how to express. And I believe that words are meant to be shared. Here at The Darchives, it’s not just about my journey, it’s about ours. Alongside my own reflections, I’ll also be sharing the poetry, prayers, and writings of my friends—words that have moved me, shaped me, and deserve to be seen.
